  • Elevate your career in construction with the Construction Leadership Institute (CLI), ABC SEMI's premier leadership development program. Designed for current and aspiring leaders in the construction industry, CLI combines hands-on learning, expert-led workshops, and cutting-edge strategies to cultivate the next generation of industry trailblazers.

    This program is designed to offer six professional development sessions from March to August. Attendance at all sessions is required to successfully complete the program. The 2026 calendar is sent upon acceptance to the program to ensure timely accommodations can be made for your work schedule. We also require a letter of recommendation from your manager.

  • Program Details

    By joining this program, you agree to attend all events and at least one ABC SEMI board meeting on the date of your choosing. Failure to do so will result in not completing the program.

     Event dates are: March 11, April 8, May 20, June 24, July 29 and August 12.

  • Registration Fee

    This program comes with a one time, non-refundable registration fee of $500. This covers all events listed above.

  • Letter of Recommendation

    There are only 20 spots available for the 2026 session. All interested applicants need to submit a letter of recommendation from their manager, supervisor, or employer to be considered.
